Swim Time!

We took Gavin swimming for the first time this last week. He was so funny. He was pretty unsure about it! Didn't quite know what to think. The second time we went he thought it was pretty fun. He started splashing and playing. It was so cute.

Tipping over!!!

Gavin had his 4 month check up on Tuesday and he is growing up so fast. He is 17 lbs 4 oz and 27 inches long!!! He is really tall for his age. He is doing so good. The Dr. said that developmentally he is at the age of a six month old. He is so strong. He can almost sit up by himself and he can now roll from back to tummy both ways and from tummy to back!! The most amazing thing is that he is trying to crawl already!! It's exciting and scary all at the same time! I don't know how I feel about him becoming moble (!!!) but I love watching him learn new things. He is so precious and so fun! I love being a mom!! I can't imagine doing anything else!

On Saturday Eric and I finally went and bought Gav's crib!! And then spent the rest of the day putting it together!!! It was fun and its so nice that Gavin finally has his own bed!! He's been sleeping with us the whole time..... I know, I know! Tisk Tisk Tisk!! Well I'm paying for it now!! The last few nights have been the longest of long nights! He gets up every hour to hour and a half!!! AHHHHH! But the fight will continue and I will be victorious!!! He will love his bed.....someday. I'm sure of it!!!! It's a good thing he is such a cute little stink!!!

This is my first time.....

Hey Everyone!!! So I did it. I finially started a blog!! I hope you are all happy now!!! I am excited. I just hope I have to time keep on it!! Gav keeps me pretty busy!! So I will give you all the lastest and greatest news about us.

Eric has started a temp-to-hire job for US Foods in their accounting department. He enjoys it, but still looking for something better. He own buisness, Legion Management, is doing really well and we hope that soon it will be doing good enough he wont need another job.

As for me, well, I am a stay-at-home mom and have never been happier. I know that sounds crazy coming from me. I always wanted a career but being a mom is so much more fulfilling and I love it!! Gavin and Eric are my world and I love every minute I get with them.

Gavin is doing really good. He is now 4 months old and time just keeps flying by!!! He is so cute and just loves to smile. He is just starting to really laugh and I have never heard such a sweet sound. He makes us laugh so much. He is so smart and just wantes to know everything!! He doesn't like to sleep at all!! He just wantes to be awake to take everything in he can!! He loves(!!!!) jumping and does it nonstop!! Eric and I getting pretty nice byceps!!!! He does this new thing where he sucks in his lower lip and just keeps it like that!! It is so funny!!! Oh and he loves watching football and basketball so that a good sign!!! Eric is really happy about that.

We've been in Arizona for 2 and a half months now and we love it!! The sun is wonderful and the people are so friendly!!!! We love our ward!! They have been amazing and so helpful! We have been spending a ton of time with family and cousins!! And Gav and I go on walks almost everyday!!! We love it!!! Well I guess that's about it for now!! I will try and be good at this!!
